STEP 1: LOOK – Visual Cues Across the Landscape

In natural light, observe your:

👤 Face

  • Tone, texture, blemishes, hydration level
  • Seasonal shifts: redness, oiliness, dullness, puffiness

🫶 Body

  • Dry patches (elbows, knees, arms)
  • Sun exposure or discoloration
  • Ingrown hairs, shaving irritation, stretch marks

🦶 Feet

  • Cracks, calluses, nail beds, heel texture
  • Swelling or changes from long-standing or seasonal footwear

📓 Note any areas asking for extra care—sometimes your feet whisper what your face doesn’t.
