Our oncology-informed collection supports sensitive, dry, changing, and easily overwhelmed skin with thoughtfully chosen oils, butters, botanicals, and herbs valued for their function, stability, and cultural significance.

We begin with water-free face, body, and hair care rooted in ancestral wisdom and supported by modern understanding. Our oils and butters help support the skin's natural protective barrier and slow moisture loss, while our traditional cleansing bars create a creamy, comforting lather. Every formula is designed to make care feel grounded, approachable, and beautifully nonclinical.

Founder’s Note

Thank you for being here.

MyUniqueSpirit grew from some of the most challenging chapters of my life - beginning with metastatic colon cancer in 2010. Treatment changed my skin and my relationship with care, and blending oils, butters, herbs, and botanicals became a way to care for myself when my body felt unfamiliar and fragile. After being medically cleared from colon cancer in 2019, I was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia in 2025. Through each season, nature has remained my refuge.

What began as a personal ritual grew into an oncology-informed mission: to create gentle, intentional products that honor the body, support the skin's natural protective barrier, soothe the spirit, and offer comfort when comfort is needed most.

MyUniqueSpirit is more than a brand. It is a reminder that wellness is personal and care is a daily practice. It is community. It is softness. It is choosing yourself, even in small ways.
