Ingredient Glossary

A Gentle Guide to the Ingredients We Use Most Often

At My Unique Spirit™, every ingredient is chosen with intention.
Because we formulate in small batches and honor seasonal availability, sustainability, and skin compatibility, ingredients may vary from batch to batch. This glossary reflects the oils, butters, herbs, and supportive ingredients you’ll see most often across our rituals — though each product page will always list the exact ingredients used.
This is not a complete list of every ingredient we may use, as our formulations adapt based on season, sourcing, and the needs of sensitive or medically impacted skin.
Our approach is oncology-informed, barrier supportive, and rooted in ancestral plant wisdom.
